Notes:
- This species is tentatively retained in the genus Obdulia; however, it differs from the type species, O. tamaricis, by its elongate oval-shaped body with broadly palmate dorsal setae; the c1, d1 and e1 setae are located in the dorsocentral region; and for being collected at the base of the leaf. In O. tamaricis, the body is round, the dorsal setae are long and setiform; the c1, d1 and e1 are located in the sublateral region; and they are found in galls on the twigs of O. tamaricis.;
